Our team conducted a comprehensive mold remediation procedure in the staff room at Eu Yan Sang Toa Payoh  HDB Hub where extensive mold growth on the ceiling. The intensive treatment process included the physical clearing of visible mold, followed by anti-microbial misting and UV light sterilization to eliminate deep-rooted spores. A HEPA vacuum was then utilized to safely extract all airborne particulates. Finally, a dehumidifier was deployed to regulate indoor moisture levels and prevent future mold resurgence.
