Terms of Service

1. Inspection & Quotation

We provide a non-obligatory on-site inspection to assess the severity of the mold issue. Following the inspection, our Operation Team will provide a detailed quotation outlining the scope of work and total cost. Services will only commence strictly upon your acceptance of this quotation.

2. Service Agreement

By accepting the quotation and engaging ClearMold Pte Ltd, you agree to allow our technicians access to your premises at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.

3. Payment Terms

Payment amounts and terms will be specified in the quotation provided by our Operation Team. Generally, payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept PayNow, Bank Transfer, and Cash.

4. Liability

While we take the utmost care during remediation, ClearMold Pte Ltd is not liable for pre-existing damage to paint, drywall, or structures caused by deep-seated mold roots prior to our treatment.
